Booking Terms

Website bookings are requests until Shutteris confirms availability and deposit requirements. A booking is secured only after the required deposit has been received.

Rescheduling and lateness

Please contact the studio as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Late arrival may reduce available session time where another booking follows.

Image delivery

Standard packages include the stated number of professionally retouched images. RAW or unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

Outdoor and commercial work

Outdoor logistics, permits, special equipment, large crews, unusual set builds and commercial image usage may attract additional charges.

Prices

Published prices are starting prices and may be updated. A written quote provided for a specific job takes precedence for that booking.
